Astek Acrylic Polymer Modifiers are used in the Tapecrete and MarineCoat systems which are based on a blend of the appropriate modifier, cement and aggregate. They may be used with or without reinforcing mesh depending on substrate conditions. Formulations for various applications are available from Astek.
P 111 is a concentrated pure acrylic modifier containing 47% solids. This product is available for export outside of Ontario only.
P 118 is a cold weather version of P111 which permits application down to 5 degrees Celsius.
LB 141 is a high polymer (33% solids) pure acrylic modifier typically used where higher chemical resistance is required.
LB 148 is a cold weather version of P141 which permits application down to 5 degrees Celsius.
P 151 is a 28% solids pure acrylic modifier used in standard Tapecrete formulations.
P 158 is a cold weather version of P151 which permits application down to 5 degrees Celsius.
P 171 is an 18% solids pure acrylic modifier typically used for bulk patching and for consumer products.
P 178 is a cold weather version of P171 which permits application down to 5 degrees Celsius.
